True Compassion offers a neutral, independent, and experienced service to respond appropriately to allegations and concerns of fraud, misuse, misappropriation of assets, abuse, or other illegal or improper actions. Report services can also help an organization to test and evaluate their vulnerability or compliance to prevent any malfeasance or improper actions.

Experience

Crystal is an experienced investigator. She is certified in advanced interviews and interrogations. She has participated in numerous investigations with law enforcement, in allegations of professional misconduct, and has experience on both sides of an audit. Crystal has reviewed and revised policies and systems for clients to ensure better compliance and achieve improved results. She is also sensitive to the need for empathy and dignity, and the importance of a fair process and a just result.
