Experience

Crystal is a trained mediator who has successfully mediated cases filed in the District Court. She has negotiated civil settlements and criminal plea agreements. Crystal has extensive experience with the court system, including litigating civil and criminal cases in both trials and appeals, and working for a federal judge. She has also worked to reconcile marriages and families. Her work has shaped and impacted the law, and resolved conflicts with empathy.
