Crystal has helped institutions and agencies understand the impact of changes in laws as a result of court decisions, statutes or regulations. She has advised clients when determining what structural or policy changes are necessary for compliance and deciding whether to challenge the changes. She has guided clients through potential liabilty and litigation, both informally and in court. Crystal has advocated for clients across a variety of contexts and issues. She has negotiated and drafted employment agreements. She has created and revised myriad governing documents, policies, agreements, and contracts, and helped clients to see their ideas realized.
